Abstract
The present work aims to demonstrate the impact of the Social Security Reform that took place through Constitutional Amendment nº 103/2019 regarding death pensions, with a focus on the Own Social Security Regimes - RPPS. To this end, we must make a brief history about the RPPS, their changes over time and, specifically with regard to the last social security
