Abstract

The present study aims to analyze the maternity leave entitlements for special beneficiaries who work under a family economy regime in rural areas. It is a social right constitutionally guaranteed to women to have the right to 120 (one hundred and twenty) days of paid rest, so that they can take care of their child. Through this work, we will demonstrate the evidence that can be used to prove the work as a special beneficiary and the difficulties that many rural workers face in obtaining such evidence.
