Abstract

This article aims to promote a discussion on the principle of demand and the specific protection of art. 84 of the CDC to the social security process and loan contracts consigned to the payroll of INSS policyholders. We know that the great concern of proceduralists, in general, is that the citizen obtains specific protection, the social security insured seeks protection from the Social Security, remembering that for this, he contributed with the sweat of work. It is important to note that the social security law guarantees the dignity of the human person and, due to its  relevance, it was elevated to the status of a fundamental human right, provided for in articles 6 and 201 of the Federal Constitution
