Teletrabalho sob à luz da filosofia de Byung-Chul Han

Abstract
This article analyzes the teleworking, especially under the guidelines of Law 13.467/2017, which formally regulated this type of work, bringing a brief history about the institute, which had already been implemented in public and private entities, even before its provision in the Brazilian legal system. The means necessary for its implementation will be presented, with emphasis on the technological equipment and infrastructure, as well as the aspects of the work schedule, advantages and disadvantages of this type of work. Still, we will talk about how its growing adherence due to the indispensability of social distancing, resulting from the Coronavirus pandemic - COVID-19, which began in Brazil in February 2020. Finally, in order to contribute to the legal and philosophical analysis of the issue, through the view of the South Korean philosopher Byung-Chul Han, it will be addressed how teleworking and non-compliance with ergonomic precepts, especially about the excessive workload, can be harmful to the physical and mental health of the employee and even the employer.
