Abstract

This article aims to verify the impact of the use of artificial intelligence, more specifically in the administrative process, as well as whether it is in line with human rights. Still, the relevance of this research can be seen in the analysis of the opportunities and risks of using the artificial intelligence technological tool, which is essential to guide the limits that permeate its use in an adequate way for the effectiveness of human rights. The article will analyze the concept of artificial intelligence and algorithm aiming at an adequate understanding of its use in public services within the scope of administrative processes, as well as so that the effectiveness of the protection of human rights can be analyzed. The article also aims to analyze the principles that govern the use of artificial intelligence and the legislation on the matter. Although Brazil currently has two Bills on Artificial Intelligence, it is possible to see that none of the bills effectively regulate the use of artificial intelligence and address the complex issues generated by its use. The main objective of this article is to analyze whether the use of an artificial intelligence system as an aid in decision making and in the execution of repetitive tasks in the process flow can lead to efficiency in the provision of services with faster results and little investment, given the rights of dignity of human person.
